Submitting a Permit Extension on Austin Build and Connect

Contractors often ask me to request permit extensions on their behalf with City of Austin Development Services. Since I don’t have access to your Austin Build and Connect login credentials, the process requires extra steps: I need to obtain a signed PDF, submit it to the City of Austin, and then wait a few days for processing.
